Brian C. Read
Brian Read joined Siderius Lonergan & Martin in 2007 as an associate. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, business law, real estate, banking, and personal injury law.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian was an associate at a Seattle law firm representing residential and commercial landlords and property management companies. He has extensive experience representing residential and commercial landlords in eviction proceedings, and regularly guided landlords through complex issues involving HUD subsidized tenants, Seattle Just Cause Eviction Ordinance, and tenant behavioral noncompliance. Brian continues to advise landlords and management companies in areas ranging from lease noncompliance to federal Fair Housing Act compliance issues.
